To use an iButton on the 1 Wire Pi Plus you will need to solder a DS9094F PCB clip onto the board. Please note that the DS9094F should be positioned to match the orientation marked on the PCB and the + sign on the connector is actually linked to the ground side of the iButton devices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA 5V input port is also provided allowing you to use an external power supply on the 1-Wire® interface, reducing the load on the Raspberry Pi.
