Description:

"Flora" is another one of our blends made with perfect circles (and this was a popular sample in the spring and summer of 2016).  The finish is matte, and the colors are bold and vibrant.  

Directions:

"Flora" can be used in many different ways, it can be hand-placed into wet gel polish, or encapsulated into hard gel or acrylic.  You can use it in a pattern, or leave it random :)
