Wonderful Spanish olive oil featuring the natural aroma of Provençal herbs: thyme, oregano, basil, tarragon, lavender, marjoram and sage. This olive oil was made by a family firm with its own olive trees in the Spanish province of Toledo. The company was founded in 1872 and is currently run by the fifth generation of olive farmers. Combine with sweeter vinegars for salads, marinades, and more.
